Graphic designer/artist 1974-78, Skolen for Brugskunst (now part of The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts).

Additional art-courses by Erik Nyholm, Julius Wederkinch,

Jes Fomsgaard and others.

Solo and group exhibithions in Denmark, Sweden and Germany

− at galleries, art fairs, censored exhibitions etc.

Has received a few grants and awards for design as well as art.

Besides art I have also been working with news graphics for DR

(Danish Broadcasting Corporation) and all kinds of graphic designs for about thirty-five years.

Working with commercial and communicating graphics is different from working with fine arts. Even the prints, the photography and the paintings are very different processes.

But all together it comes down to the creative caos in my head

- I have to pursue most of the ideas, and I have to try different processes and expressions, probably because I’m very curious and restless by nature.

As an artist (and as a person) I feel uncertain and fragile, but art and all kind of creativity helps me trough this incredible thing called life.
